Do I need to "reclaim" my NCEdCloud account?
QUESTION: NCEdCloud | Do staff or students ever need to 'ReClaim' their NCEdCloud accounts?
ANSWER: Claiming your NCEdCloud (https://my.NCEdCloud.org) account is a once in a lifetime event. Once claimed it stays claimed, regardless if you've previously used your NCEdCloud account in another North Carolina public or charter school.
NCEdCloud Credentials:
Username = your ten-digit NC UID/PowerSchool ID number
(this number follows you from LEA to LEA, a.k.a from school to school regardless of district in NC)
Password = (only you should know this!!)
If you don't remember your password you can reset it yourself or:
Students: any one of your teachers can reset one of their own student's NCEdCloud password.
Staff: please call the Technology Service Desk at x8300 or 336-727-8300 between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on any day that the Administrative Center is opened.
