Dial 336-748-4040 from any type of telephone.
When prompted, press 1 to request entering a voicemailbox.
Then the Voicemail extension followed by #.
When prompted, enter the VM PIN followed by #.
- Note: the PIN is an all-numeric value that could be as many as 15 digits long.
- Don't confuse your VM PIN with your FortiVoice User Web-Portal password which is alpha-numeric.
- If you have forgotten your PIN, you'll need to contact the Technology Service Desk to submit a ticket to our network administrators requesting a reset.
Follow the voice prompts to access your mailbox.
