This guide will show you how to request password reset access in NCEDCloud. This will take you through the access request portion. WS/FCS IT will recieve the request and approve or deny it. Once approved, NCDPI provides the access. School based password reset access is ONLY approved for confirmed WS/FCS Media Coordinators and Instructional Technology Facilitators.
When you request this access you will be automatically enrolled into the NCEDCloud multi-factor authentication policy requiring you to provide secondary identity verification (via your mobile phone).
