Recording a Voicemail Greeting

When setting up a specific phone's Voicemail mailbox, you need to record two things:

 1.  Your Name:    

• Standard (the default) is a mechanized recording stating "The person at extension 754321"
  or

• Personalized Name

 2.  Your Greeting(s):   

• Standard (the default) is a mechanized recording stating "The person at extension 754321 is unavailable. Please leave your message at the tone. When done, hang up or press the # key."
  or

• Main Greeting:  here you have ability to your personalized Main greeting.
